Mr. Hansen holds undergraduate and Juris-Doctorate degrees from the University of New Brunswick, as well as courses and certifications from a variety of Canadian Forces and NATO partner schools. For 25 years, Pierre Boudreault, M.Sc., PCC, CRHA has trained, supported and coached nearly 3,500 managers and professionals and has led more than 9,000 hours of management training and continuous improvement workshops in contexts and diversified industries. His interventions are mainly oriented towards the development of leadership skills and competencies of executives, management teams and boards of directors. Recognized as a pragmatic and field worker, he has a natural bias towards the transfer of learning in the workplace, both in design and in facilitation and coaching support. Coach certified with the ICF (PCC level), Pierre Boudreault holds a bachelor's degree in industrial relations and public communication, a master's degree in administration sciences with a management and organizational development option and a postgraduate diploma in business administration carrying out research projects related to emerging skills in executive leadership, mobilization, team performance and organizational cultural evolution.
